The property

One property is one lot you'd build on. If a lot spans more than one tax parcel, list all its parcel numbers in the same box. The parcels have to touch and make up one lot. We check that before we start, and if they don't, we'll get in touch to ask which one you want screened.

  1. From the listing or county assessor. Several parcels that make one lot? Separate them with commas.

Zillow, Redfin, or NWMLS, if listed.

Comparing more than one lot? Send a separate request for each, or ask us.

Optional. Helps frame the site-work range.
