For buyer's agents
A faster, cleaner feasibility period for your land buyers
Earlier answers, cleaner deals
Send a lot before your client writes the offer. If there's a wetland buffer or a septic problem, you'll both know before the feasibility clock starts.
Maps your client can follow
Every Basic screen ($99) comes with maps we draw for the lot, showing the lot lines, buffers, setbacks, and where a house could go. That beats walking a buyer through the county map viewer.
Someone else makes the calls
With the Deluxe package ($199), we talk to the county permit desk, the title company, the utilities, and local contractors. You don't have to chase them. Title companies usually want an agent involved, so we copy you on those emails.
You stay in the loop
Request on your client's behalf, or have them add your email to their request. Either way, you're copied on the report and every update.
How to refer a client
- Send it yourself. Use the request form and choose "An agent requesting for a buyer." You pay for the screen at checkout, and your client gets the report and every update with you copied.
- Or have your client send it. Give them the link and ask them to add your email. They pay, and you're copied on everything, same as above.
- Not sure a lot is worth screening? Email info@feasibilityfast.com with the parcel number and we'll tell you.
Whoever sends the request pays for it. Some agents cover the screen as a client perk, and some pass the link along and let the buyer pay. Either works.
What we don't do
We don't represent buyers or sellers, give legal advice, or tell anyone whether to buy. The report lays out the facts and the risk ratings so you and your client can decide. We never contact the listing agent or the seller without your client's OK.
